Its reviews can flag items such as whether a note was signed within 48 hours, whether billed units match session time, whether provider credentials are documented, and whether narrative content appears copied from a past note. Each flag includes a reason, helping agencies understand findings and maintain documentation that can stand up to an audit. NoteAudit also includes an AI layer that offers clinical pointers without affecting the quality score.

The service is intended to support review of notes such as 97153 session documentation and indicate when a note appears ready to bill. NoteAudit is currently preparing for early access and invites ABA agencies to join its notification list
