Nottingham Herbalist

The Nottingham Herbalist is the practice of Katherine Bellchambers MNIMH, a qualified medical herbalist based in West Bridgford, Nottingham. Katherine supports women and people who menstruate through hormonal and reproductive health concerns at different stages of life, from teenage periods to menopause. Her services include help with painful, irregular, heavy or absent periods, PMS, menopausal symptoms, low mood, anxiety, fatigue and other concerns associated with hormonal changes. She also works with individuals and couples seeking to improve fertility health, including those who have experienced difficulties conceiving or fertility treatment.

Care is collaborative and tailored to each client. The process begins with a detailed medical history and considers the person as a whole, including lifestyle, diet and personal circumstances. Katherine then works with clients to agree on an achievable treatment plan, which may include herbal remedies, dietary guidance and lifestyle changes. The practice aims to help clients understand their health concerns, support their wellbeing and feel better equipped to get on with everyday life.
