About Nouba Kitchen & Bar
Nouba Restaurant & Rooftop Lounge is a premium dining destination in Jaipur’s C-Scheme, located on the fourth floor at C54-A, Sarojini Marg. Open daily from noon to midnight, it combines rooftop views and attentive service with a welcoming setting for everyday meals and special occasions. The menu brings together three signature cuisines: Pan-Asian favourites such as sushi, gyoza, Thai curries and Chinese classics; Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas made in a traditional oven; and North Indian dishes including slow-cooked dal makhani, tandoori kebabs, dum biryani and paneer.
