Nounou Facile is a service platform that connects families and individuals in Côte d’Ivoire with professionals offering childcare and domestic support. Families can search for nannies, babysitters, child-care centres and housekeepers, while professionals and agencies can create profiles to present their services and connect with potential clients. The platform also welcomes creches, garderies, placement agencies and concierge services as partners, helping them showcase their offerings and receive enquiries from families.

Nounou Facile aims to make finding and arranging care simpler through searchable professional profiles, which the site describes as certified, and instant chat for communication. It also offers online payments by the hour or day, with secure payment as a stated feature. A mobile app lets users access or offer domestic and childcare services from their smartphones. By bringing families, caregivers and service organisations together, Nounou Facile supports both those seeking reliable help at home and professionals looking to find clients and build visibility. The site provides registration options for both service seekers and providers.
