Nour Zibdeh

Nour is a dietitian nutritionist, writer, speaker, and functional medicine-trained gut health practitioner who helps people address digestive and inflammatory health concerns. Her work focuses on investigating possible underlying causes of symptoms rather than relying on guesswork or symptom management alone. She offers private, personalized support, including assessment and strategy consultations, advanced functional medicine testing, tailored nutrition and lifestyle plans, and ongoing coaching. Her approach may include healing foods, natural supplements, and mind-body strategies, with recommendations informed by each client’s diagnostic results and progress.

Nour’s services are designed for people dealing with issues such as IBS, constipation, reflux, bloating, food sensitivities, fatigue, brain fog, and inflammation. The website also provides health courses and educational resources, including a 21-Day IBS Relief Plan, an H. pylori guide, a Gut Fix Masterclass, articles, and a free guide about potential causes of gut problems. Through individualized guidance and practical education, Nour aims to help clients improve digestion, build a healthier relationship with food, and regain greater comfort and confidence in daily life.
