Slovenský klub pacientov po transplantácii krvotvorných buniek – EBMT.SK is a Slovak nonprofit association bringing together people who have undergone a blood-forming stem cell transplant, their families, friends, and supporters. Its mission is to provide practical, social, psychological, and personal support to patients and loved ones affected by transplantation, including those preparing for treatment or navigating recovery.

The organisation offers a platform for patients to share their experiences and find encouragement in others’ stories. It also provides educational information about stem cell transplantation, its divisions and complications, nutrition, and donor registration. Through meetings, educational programmes, and recreational gatherings, the club helps patients and families connect and learn from one another. Its awareness campaigns promote voluntary donation of blood-forming stem cells and encourage potential donors to join the national registry. The association also seeks donations and tax contributions to support patients during treatment and recovery, improve conditions in transplant units, and raise awareness about blood and stem cell donation.
