Novas is a voluntary organization and Approved Housing Body that is dedicated to working with disadvantaged and socially excluded families and single adults in Ireland. Their primary focus is on those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Novas offers a wide range of services and accommodations tailored to the needs of marginalized households throughout the country.

With over 20 years of experience in the field, Novas provides bespoke, client-centered services that are based on empirical evidence. They believe that everyone has the right to a home. Since 2002, Novas has grown significantly and currently operates more than 30 services across several counties in Ireland.

Novas supports their clients through three pillars: Housing, Health, and Recovery. They recognize the complex issues that lead to homelessness and strive to provide holistic, long-term solutions. In addition to temporary supported and low-threshold accommodation, Novas offers services such as Housing First, Family Hubs, and Street Outreach.

They also provide drug services, including a Community Detox Service, and long-term housing to families and single adults in the community. Novas' vision is that everyone has their own sustainable home. Their mission is to promote social inclusion through Housing, Health, and Recovery.

They have core objectives that include providing homes to homeless individuals, supporting better health outcomes, providing recovery pathways for those with mental health issues, and empowering and promoting independence. Novas values equality, diversity, dignity, a strengths-based approach, and the rights of their clients.
