Nova Scotia Immigration

You Belong in Nova Scotia is the official immigration website of the Government of Nova Scotia, providing information and resources for people considering moving to the province, as well as employers seeking to hire. It introduces Nova Scotia’s communities, lifestyle, education options, and employment opportunities, highlighting its coastline, outdoor recreation, moderate Maritime weather, and range of places to live, from urban centres to small towns and rural communities.

The site guides prospective immigrants through provincial immigration pathways, including the Nova Scotia Nominee Program and the Atlantic Immigration Program. It provides information on entrepreneur, graduate, skilled worker, and Express Entry options, along with program updates and selection priorities. For people preparing to relocate, the website offers a before-you-arrive checklist and details about settlement services and getting established. Job seekers can explore guidance on finding work, training, and certification. Employers can learn about hiring internationally trained workers, permanent residents, temporary foreign workers, and international students.
