About NOVA Skills Association
Nova Skills Association is a brand that focuses on sharing the importance of power skills within the Nova SBE community. With a mission to help individuals in their self-development both personally and professionally, Nova Skills Association organizes a variety of events and workshops.
The brand is divided into different departments, each with its own unique functions. The Board, which includes the President, Organisational VP, and Executive VP, manages partnerships, researches collaborations, and handles administrative tasks. Operations department holds events related to power skills for the Nova SBE community, aiming to raise awareness and develop students' skills.
The Human Lab department focuses on supporting NSA members personally and professionally through networking sessions, events with companies/partners, and creating a positive working environment. Lastly, C&M acts as the main link between Nova Skills Association and the Nova SBE community, managing external communication, branding, social media, and content design.
