Nova Vega is a Portuguese publishing brand and online bookshop offering recent releases alongside a backlist of more than 600 titles. Its catalogue spans literature, classic and contemporary fiction, children’s and young adult books, biography, history, essays, politics, humanities, esoteric subjects, and works on Lisbon and African and Masonic themes. Readers can browse by category, author, featured selections, and the National Reading Plan, and explore news, interviews, reviews, cultural events, exhibitions, and the publisher’s blog.
The selection brings together original and translated works by writers and thinkers including Oscar Wilde, Rainer Maria Rilke, Helena Blavatsky, Goethe, Lao Zi, and Michal Snunit. Books range from illustrated children’s classics and poetry to philosophy, historical studies, and spiritual writing. Nova Vega promotes new publications and selected catalogue titles through its online shop, where many books are shown with reduced prices. The site also provides account and shopping-cart features and offers free delivery on book orders of €35 or more, with some exclusions.
