About Novellagelateria
Novella Gelateria is a brand dedicated to creating delicious gelato using the finest ingredients sourced from our own land. We take pride in crafting our gelato with Aydın İnciri, a rare and ancient fig tree found in our garden, and Emiralem strawberries, a local variety that is not widely cultivated due to low yield. We also use Bodrum Mandarin, a fruit that couldn't be sold due to its value, but we gladly use it to make our refreshing gelato.
