Novoročenky pomáhají is a Czech charitable project supported by Společnost DUHA, an organization providing social services to adults with intellectual disabilities. The project connects the artwork of DUHA’s clients with practical support for the services they and other clients receive. Visitors can browse an online catalogue of original paintings, learn about the artists and their creative work, and support the project by choosing a piece.

The selected artwork can be incorporated into a chosen New Year’s greeting card design, personalized with a message, and optionally printed. Donors can then share the greeting with friends or business partners, while keeping the original artwork. Paintings are created during art therapy at day service centres, and the catalogue features works in different styles, sizes, and techniques. The project also introduces its artists, shares information about the organization, and highlights supporters and ambassadors. Now in its fourteenth year, Novoročenky pomáhají invites individuals and businesses to turn a distinctive seasonal greeting into a meaningful act of support.
