NoWaste21 is a pioneering non-profit organization founded in 2019 by distinguished scientists in the fields of circular economy, sustainable waste management, and recycling. Led by President Dr. Efthymia Tritopoulou, NoWaste21 envisions a future free from waste, achievable in the 21st century. The organization actively promotes sustainable development through initiatives focused on prevention, reuse, and recycling of solid waste, as well as advancing policies for cohesion and circular economy.

NoWaste21 implements various activities, including public awareness campaigns, research studies on circular economy and sustainable waste management, and support for local governments and other entities. The organization is dedicated to fostering equal access and equality in its operations.
