TheScoopSpokane

Scoop 0 is a locally owned, woman-owned ice cream business and Spokane institution, serving the community since 2003. With shops on the South Hill and in Kendall Yards, the brand offers a welcoming place to enjoy handcrafted ice cream, sorbets, fresh waffle cones, and, at the South Hill location, Dole soft serve. Its flavors are imagined and made daily, with options including dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free choices. The menu features playful creations such as Giants Milk & Cookie, Mud Pie, Pistachio, and Raspberry Parade, alongside rotating selections.

Scoop 0 makes small batches using liquid nitrogen, creating a distinctive process that can produce clouds of vapor in the shop. The team works with local small businesses and sources ingredients from vendors including Roast House Coffee, Vinegar Flats Farms, and Revival Tea Company. Specialty ingredients, from Thai iced tea to bubblegum, are prepared in-house for inventive flavors. Whether visiting the riverfront setting at Kendall Yards or the neighborhood South Hill shop, guests can find familiar favorites or discover something new.
