About National Resource Directory
The National Resource Directory (NRD) is a comprehensive website that serves as a vital link between wounded warriors, Service Members, Veterans, their families, and caregivers and the programs and services that provide essential support. Hosted and managed by the Defense Health Agency's Recovery Coordination Program, the NRD offers access to national, state, and local level resources to aid in recovery, rehabilitation, and community reintegration. The site covers a wide range of categories including benefits, compensation, education, employment, family and caregiver support, health, housing, transportation, and more.
Additionally, the NRD is a collaborative effort between the Departments of Defense, Labor, and Veterans Affairs, as well as various other government agencies, veteran and military service organizations, and non-profit and community-based organizations.
