Civitas Networks for Health is a national collaborative made up of member organizations dedicated to utilizing health information exchange, health data, and cross-sector approaches to improve health outcomes. With over 160 member organizations and business partners, Civitas represents a growing network that is actively working to move and use data to positively impact public health across the United States.
