About NRPF Network
NRPF Connect is an essential national database and case management tool designed to streamline the interaction between local authorities and the Home Office's NRPF Team. It facilitates the handling of immigration queries for households with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) who rely on social services for accommodation and financial support. By using NRPF Connect, councils can not only ensure compliance with best practice case management and data protection laws but also enhance service efficiency, ultimately improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals.
The platform allows councils to quickly access and verify immigration status information, manage caseloads effectively, and gain insights for financial forecasting. With an annual user charge starting at £3,150, councils benefit from a secure online system that aids in decision-making and case resolution while connecting them with dedicated Home Office support.
