Welcome to the official website of the NSBE Ghana Secretariat! As an affiliate of the National Society of Black Engineers, NSBE Ghana has been at the forefront of championing STEM education in the country since its establishment in 1998. Our focus has been on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) programs, which we have implemented in various educational institutions, from primary to tertiary levels.

We are proud of our numerous achievements, which include the setup and management of NSBE Ghana STEM clubs and chapters, organizing science project fairs, quiz competitions, conferences, STEM outreach programs, and vacation programs. In recent years, we have shifted our attention to delivering practical, hands-on training on STEM concepts, basic computer skills, and robotics for high school students. Our dedicated team of trainers, comprising both high school teachers and tertiary student volunteers, is delivering a well-developed curriculum to empower the students.

Since 2020, we have also introduced online training programs, enabling us to expand our reach even further. We believe in the power of collaboration and partnerships, as we work towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our commitment to innovation and infrastructure has propelled us to become a leader in driving innovation on the continent.

At NSBE Ghana, we are not only focused on educational initiatives but also on reducing inequalities and promoting gender equality. We strive to create safe spaces for women to gather and excel. Additionally, we foster connections with international chapters, special interest groups, and think tanks to tackle global issues collectively.
