North Side Christian Health Center (NSCHC) is a comprehensive primary healthcare center that was established in 1993. We are committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. At NSCHC, we prioritize the well-being of our patients, taking into account their religious beliefs, cultural background, language, age, sex, and disability status.
Our dedicated staff offers a range of services, including primary and preventive medical care for patients of all ages, mental and behavioral health services, dental care, case management, and on-site lab services. We also provide access to low-cost medications for uninsured patients. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, NSCHC has received HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status.
