About Nsp
National Scholarship Portal (NSP) is a platform developed by the Ministry Of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India, aimed at providing a range of scholarships to eligible students. With a user-friendly interface, the portal allows students to easily access and apply for scholarships as well as check the status of their applications.
The NSP offers scholarships for various academic years, starting from 2016-17 to the current year, 2023-24. It caters to both individual students and school/institute users, offering a seamless login process for each category. The portal also provides assistance to users who have forgotten their passwords, ensuring a smooth experience for all.
For schools and institutes, the NSP caters to both Nodal Officers and Institute Heads, providing specific user types for monitoring and application verification. To ensure data security, the portal advises users to log in using an Incognito or Private Window. Overall, the National Scholarship Portal effectively streamlines the scholarship application process, making it easier for students to access financial support for their education.
