About John Ntambirweki Foundation
The John Ntambirweki Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring the lasting legacy of Prof. John Ntambirweki in the realm of education in East Africa. Established under Ugandan law as John Ntambirweki Trust Limited, our mission is to educate, empower, and uplift the next generation of Africans in alignment with sustainable development goals. We strive to enhance access to higher education by engaging with communities and stakeholders directly, focusing on topics like environmental law, international law, and higher education.
Our initiatives include ongoing educational programs, capacity building in students, promoting liberal and scientific educational programs, research in natural resources and environmental conservation, consultancy services, and advocating for endowments to support our activities. We envision a future where every individual in East Africa has equal access to higher education, and the preservation of biodiversity is a paramount concern.
