About National Transformation Initiative 🇧🇧
The National Transformation Initiative (NTI) is dedicated to empowering and transforming the lives of Barbadians through inclusive and accessible learning. With a mission to equip individuals with essential knowledge, skills, and values, NTI focuses on creating confident, responsible citizens who can navigate both local and global challenges. Since its inception in 2020, NTI has expanded its offerings by partnering with Coursera, providing accredited online courses that cater to today's job market demands.
NTI’s diverse programs include online courses on Citizenship, Personal Financial Management, Entrepreneurship, and Occupational Safety and Health. Additionally, specialized training in Beginners Sign Language and Introduction to Coding with Java is also available, aiming to bolster participants' adaptability and confidence. By prioritizing transformative education, NTI fosters lifelong learning and community engagement, encouraging Barbadians to take pride in their national identity while becoming active contributors to society.
