Nihon Tai Jitsu Club Suresnes is a martial arts and self-defence club based in Suresnes, France. Affiliated with the French Karate Federation and the French Federation of Workers’ Sport, the club offers instruction in Nihon Tai Jitsu, SARC self-defence and Kyusho, a system focused on vital points. Its classes are led by instructors with relevant qualifications and federation recognition.
Training is open to all levels, with Nihon Tai Jitsu available from age 13 and SARC and Kyusho from age 16. Sessions take place at the Gymnase des Raguidelles on Mondays for Nihon Tai Jitsu, Fridays for SARC and selected Sundays for Kyusho. The club also organises workshops, including introductory self-defence sessions for women, and participates in local association events and national training stages.
Newcomers can try one free class in each discipline before deciding whether to join; minors must attend a trial class with a legal guardian. The club combines traditional Japanese martial arts practice with practical self-defence training and welcomes people interested in learning at their own pace
