New Team of Weapons and Tactics is a global gaming and community organization founded in 2008, bringing together people who value teamwork, strategy, and continuous improvement. Its mission extends beyond gaming to technology, lifestyle, fitness, and personal development, encouraging members to pursue achievement both online and in everyday life.

The organization offers a community platform with member forums, discussion spaces, a knowledge base, downloads, galleries, events, and directories. Members can connect through gaming servers and roleplay communities, including the Los Santos Police Department and the planned Leonida Regional Police Service. Precincts, clubs, and other group spaces support shared activities, while announcements and community resources help members stay informed and involved.
