@nu-cast.com
Nu-Cast is a precision aluminum investment casting foundry in Londonderry, New Hampshire. Since 1985, Nu-Cast has been pouring high-quality, mission-critical castings for aerospace, defense, industrial, and advanced technology applications. Nu-Cast is certified to AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015, Nadcap accredited for Heat Treating, Welding, and Non-Destructive Testing, and ITAR registered. Dimensional inspection is performed in house on CMM. Every Nu-Cast casting is poured from new aluminum, and all chemistry testing is performed by an independent outside laboratory. We produce castings with tightly controlled tolerances, and our engineering team will work closely with you to help incorporate complex geometries. We utilize a proprietary shell system and generate patterns directly from your drawings or CAD data, using hard tooling for production or Quick Cast SLA patterns for prototypes and short-run projects. The result is a near net shape component that comes out closer to finished, minimizing machining and reducing the time and cost required to complete your part. From prototype through full production, our team works closely with customers to move precision components from concept to completion with confidence and consistency.
