Nubuilt Projects is a bespoke residential construction company founded in 2023 by builder Brayden Turner. Drawing on experience in Sydney’s high-end residential building sector, the company focuses on luxury homes, custom new builds, extensions and renovations. Its approach combines careful craftsmanship, attention to detail and personalised service, with Brayden personally overseeing each project to maintain quality throughout.

Nubuilt Projects works collaboratively with homeowners, architects, designers, skilled tradespeople and other building professionals. From consultation through construction, the team aims to make the process clear and stress-free while translating each client’s ideas into a considered, individual home. Its work includes Project Corrie in Corlette and Glen Albyn in Vacy, both in New South Wales. Project Corrie, a Mediterranean-inspired coastal home, reflects the company’s emphasis on refined finishes and collaborative design.

With a client-centred focus and a commitment to strong working relationships, Nubuilt Projects offers a hands-on building experience for people planning an architectural home or a transformative renovation.
