Nuchem Dyestuffs manufactures and exports COTFIX® reactive dyes for dyeing and printing cotton and other cellulosic fibres. Its products serve dye houses, textile processing units and washing units in domestic and international markets. The range includes eight series—VS, ME Bifunctional, HE, RGB, D, RR, Blacks and H/P Printing—developed for different shades, processes and performance needs, including exhaust, cold pad batch, continuous dyeing and printing. Product characteristics include options for high exhaustion, strong build-up, reproducible shades and fastness suited to varied applications.

Nuchem’s promoters have worked in the dye business since the 1960s. The company established its first manufacturing plant in Vatva, Ahmedabad, in 1996 and expanded with a production facility in Sayakha, Bharuch, in 2017. It reports monthly capacity of 500 metric tonnes and manufactures intermediates in-house across its two Gujarat facilities. Sustainability and quality credentials include GOTS-approved inputs, OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT, ZDHC MRSL v3.1 Level 3 conformance, REACH SVHC screening and Zero Liquid Discharge.
