Agensi Nuklear Malaysia, also known as Nuklear Malaysia, is a government agency under Malaysia’s Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI). It leads research and development in nuclear science and technology, supporting national science policies and socioeconomic development. Its work applies nuclear techniques to practical needs across industry, public wellbeing, food security and sustainability.

The agency’s activities include research and development, technology commercialisation, education and training, and scientific publishing. It provides technical services and consultancy, with expertise spanning industrial non-destructive testing, radiation measurement and safety, radioactive waste management, radiopharmaceuticals, food irradiation, agricultural tracer techniques and reactor-related applications. Its work also supports quality control of medical radiology equipment and the management of water resources.

Nuklear Malaysia offers professional training, including programmes in radiation protection and nuclear safety, and shares research through publications, educational resources and events. The agency also develops and promotes technologies and products arising from its research, serving industry, communities and government priorities.
