About NUDC
The National Utilities Diversity Council (NUDC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting diversity in the utilities and communications industries. Through research, education, and the development of best practices, NUDC seeks to create a more inclusive and equitable environment in areas such as governance, employment, procurement, language access/customer service, and philanthropy. NUDC offers a range of programs and resources to support their mission.
They provide professional and business enhancement programs, including webinars, virtual panels, workshops, and institutes in collaboration with utility companies and associations across the country. In addition, NUDC conducts and sponsors research on supplier and workforce diversity, and publishes white papers on key topics. They also host the interactive Supplier Diversity Toolkit in collaboration with the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners.
