Founded in 1932 and based in Georgensgmünd, the company employs around 180 people and serves customers in more than 45 countries. It develops and manufactures baby and toddler products, including items sold under its nip® brand, as well as household goods and plastic products, including products for food contact. Its expertise in silicone, thermoplastics, and latex also supports projects in other industries and technical contract manufacturing.

The company provides end-to-end support, from initial product ideas and development to tooling, production, and market-ready goods. Its services include OEM manufacturing, private-label development, and merchandising products. Product development draws on collaboration with scientists, pediatricians, and dentists, alongside modern CAD/CAM capabilities and in-house mold and special-machinery construction.
