Nukufilm is the oldest still-running stop motion studio in the world. It was established in 1957 and is located in Tallinn, Estonia. Our passionate team is producing art house animated shorts and commercials. We can offer stop-motion services from scratch to finished film. Including creative solutions, designing, storyboarding, high quality puppet- and props making, set building, puppet/object animation, cut-out animation, editing, compositing etc. We are offering creative and production services for customers wanting to shoot stop-motion in studio environment with highly qualified multi-award-winning crew. We´re creating props, miniatures, models, puppets, sculptures and other handmade objects for films, commercials, museums, exhibitions etc.

About Nukufilm
Nukufilm OÜ is the oldest animation studio in the world, founded in 1957. With over 60 years of experience, we specialize in producing author films using various animation techniques. Our services extend beyond our own projects as we also offer creative solutions and production services for clients who are interested in puppet animation and related content.
We welcome collaborations with partners from all around the world. With our dedicated team and state-of-the-art facilities, we ensure the highest quality in our work. Currently, we produce 90 minutes of animation per year and have a studio space of 670 square meters.
Throughout our history, we have produced over 200 films. Some of our recent projects include Where Do Adults Come From? (2024, in production), Carrot - A Snowflake Story (2023, in development), Tiny Second (2023, in production), and Koerkorter (2022).
