Numismatica Vici is a numismatic retailer specializing in authentic collectible coins from ancient, medieval, modern and contemporary periods. Its catalogue features carefully selected pieces valued for their historical and numismatic interest, including new arrivals. Each coin is examined and described before being offered, helping customers understand its condition and background. The company does not clean coins; when a coin has been cleaned previously, this is noted in its description.

Coins are offered by reservation rather than for immediate purchase. After a customer submits a request, Numismatica Vici manually checks availability and sends an invoice for the items that can be supplied. Payment is made by bank transfer only, after availability is confirmed and the invoice is received. Customers can contact the shop with questions before placing a reservation.

Numismatica Vici ships within the European Union using carriers that provide insurance for collectible items, with coverage capped at €500 per shipment. The website also provides frequently asked questions, authenticity and guarantee information, and customer service resources.
