Markus_O_Mod is an independent miniature-art and model-making practice focused on detailed depictions of urban places, buildings, and street scenes. Its website presents a gallery of handcrafted works, including miniature versions of locations in Cologne, Berlin, and elsewhere, alongside pieces based on artists’ designs and public artworks. Examples include the Roxy cinema in Cologne, a wall at Deutzer Hafen, and works associated with artists such as Ken Plotbot, Tim Ossege, and Lapiz.

The models combine materials such as MDF, wood, plaster, ABS, brass, acrylic paint, pigments, and LEDs, with dimensions ranging from small display pieces to larger works. The portfolio also features subjects such as a harbor storage building, tanks, a lighter vessel, and a toy soldier scene. Markus_O_Mod’s work is shown through exhibitions, including “XXXS – Urban Snapshots Re-modelled,” presented at Take a Butcher’s Gallery in Düsseldorf in 2021.

The site serves primarily as a visual portfolio and exhibition showcase, with gallery and contact information for visitors interested in the artist’s miniature creations
