The AS Solbritt plant specializes in the production of infant formula in the form of adapted milk powder. The history of the plant begins in 1939 with the foundation of the first oil mill and dairy plant in Rapla. Fresh milk was supplied from neighboring countries and farms, and dairy products were transported throughout Estonia, including to the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. The main direction of production since 2006 till today is powdered milk formulas and milk substitutes for babies. All products are made from high quality Estonian milk. Infant formula is always of the highest quality. Dry infant and follow-on formulas are always available in stock. The plant manufactures its products in accordance with the norms and standards of the European Union. The company is certified according to HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HALAL standards.

About Solbritt
Solbritt is a renowned brand that operates a factory located in Rapla, Estonia. With a rich history dating back to 1939, the factory has evolved over time to become a leading producer of high-quality dairy products. Situated amidst beautiful landscapes surrounded by forests and fields, Rapla is a serene and picturesque location, just 50 km away from the bustling capital city of Tallinn.
The factory primarily focuses on milk and dairy product production, utilizing milk sourced exclusively from nearby farms. During the Soviet era, the factory, then known as the Rapla Dairy Plant, experienced significant growth, with its production being distributed to other republics of the Soviet Union. In the late 1980s, Estonian laws promoting farming revitalization enabled the factory to select the finest raw materials from the thriving local farming community.
With subsequent reconstructions and equipment upgrades, the factory expanded its production capabilities and began manufacturing Nutrilak powdered milk formulas in collaboration with the Nutritec dairy concern. Furthermore, Solbritt entered into a partnership with JSC Salvest, a leading Estonian manufacturer of ready meals and semi-finished products. Under the new name Solbritt, the factory achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification and other quality endorsements, solidifying its reputation for excellence.
Presently, the factory processes 300-400 tons of milk daily, sourced exclusively from certified Estonian farmers. Rigorous quality control measures are implemented to ensure the superior quality of the final products. Solbritt is committed to meeting the diverse needs of consumers and offers a range of products, including family gold special EMA-certified items.
