Gakken Cocofump Nursery is a childcare and education organization within the Gakken Group, drawing on the group’s educational knowledge to support each child’s individuality and development. It operates nursery schools and integrated childcare centers, after-school programs, and child development support facilities. Its services include early-years care, safe and enriching after-school activities, and support for children’s growth through learning and play. Gakken’s programs and teaching materials connect education with play, while its approach encourages children’s initiative and respects their interests and pace.

The organization recruits nursery teachers, after-school instructors and managers, child development support professionals, and staff for operational, training, recruitment, and administrative roles. Opportunities include permanent, contract, part-time, and short-term positions across several regions of Japan. Gakken Cocofump Nursery highlights structured onboarding and professional training, employee benefits, allowances, leave programs, and flexible work arrangements. These resources are designed to support people at different experience levels, including those new to the field or returning after a career break, and to help employees develop their skills and careers.
