Escola Infantil Mimos is a renowned nursery school located in the 'Congrés i els Indians' neighborhood in the Sant Andreu district of Barcelona. Our educational center places a strong emphasis on English language learning. We are committed to providing a responsible, innovative, and dedicated approach to teaching.
Our goal is to ensure that children are happy, enjoy coming to school, and maximize their full potential in all areas of development, including motor skills, intellect, and emotions. At Escola Infantil Mimos, we offer personalized attention to families and maintain daily communication through an agenda. Our educational project focuses on three key areas.
The Self-discovery area helps children develop body awareness, sensory perception, and motor skills. In the Environment Discovery area, we stimulate children's curiosity and help them explore their surroundings, enabling them to assign meaning to objects and experiences. The Intercommunication and Language area is dedicated to English language learning, with our staff engaging with children in English to encourage their familiarity, comprehension, and speaking abilities.
In addition to our educational services, we provide various convenient services. Our nursery is open from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, throughout the year, except during Christmas and Easter holidays. Our in-house kitchen prepares natural and high-quality meals, taking into account any food intolerances or dietary needs.
We also offer online medical assistance through a partnership with a children's hospital, ensuring access to pediatric care 24/7. Furthermore, starting from the age of 2, we offer swimming lessons once a week during school hours, promoting psychomotor development and overall well-being. We accept childcare vouchers from Ticket Guardería (Edenred), Sodexo, and Chèque Déjeuner, among others, making it easier for parents to manage payments.
