Nurtiva is a Danish-first parenting and family wellness brand offering an app designed to support families from pregnancy through a child’s fifth year. It brings practical tools and age-relevant guidance together in one calm, easy-to-use place. Its Care Engine provides rule-based suggestions tailored to a child’s age and everyday routines, while stage-based content covers pregnancy, newborn care, baby development, and, as it becomes available, toddler and preschool years.

Parents can track milestones and daily routines, complete wellbeing check-ins, and use a Recovery Score to monitor their mood and rest over time. The app also helps families gather important information into a PDF to share with a health visitor. Nurtiva is available in Danish and English, with pregnancy and content for ages zero to twelve months currently accessible and material for ages one to five rolling out over time.

The app is free to use now, with an optional premium version planned. Nurtiva emphasizes privacy, using encryption and EU hosting, with no ads, data sales, or third-party tracking
