Nurture & Nourish Collective

Nurture & Nourish Collective is a private midwifery, lactation and family-support practice based in Tamworth, New South Wales. Its team provides personalised, evidence-based care through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and early parenthood, combining clinical expertise with a nurturing, relationship-centred approach. The practice aims to help families feel informed, respected and supported while honouring individual choices, identities and needs.

Services include homebirth and hospital birth packages, antenatal and postnatal midwifery care, and labour preparation support such as midwife-led, pregnancy-safe acuneedling. Lactation care is tailored to breastfeeding, bottle feeding and infant nutrition. The collective also offers Calmbirth childbirth education, breastfeeding and newborn-care education, and responsive infant sleep support using the NDC/Possums approach, without sleep training or rigid routines. Its wider support network includes access to pregnancy and remedial massage, infant massage classes, Kangatraining, doula care, and prenatal and postnatal yoga through trusted practitioners.

Care is delivered by qualified midwives, including an endorsed midwife and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
