NurtureLeap is an institution focused on empowering the youth of Northern Sri Lanka. Having experienced conflict for many years, this region needs support in building self-sufficient and sustainable livelihoods. NurtureLeap aims to achieve this by providing access to education, training, and job opportunities.

Operating globally, with a strong presence in Europe and North America, NurtureLeap offers paid internships in partner companies. Unlike other programs, at the end of the six-month internship, they guarantee a full-time job opportunity or continued employment with them until a suitable opportunity arises. NurtureLeap also partners with universities in Jaffna, Kilinochchi, Vavuniya, Trincomalee, and Batticaloa to establish a startup incubator program and develop local talent.

Additionally, they offer shorter stints in their Colombo office, providing firsthand experience in client operations and facilitating skill development. With their hiring partners, like CodeLantic, OntoMatrix, ITaffix Technologies, ExentAI Research and Innovation Lab, and Huex, NurtureLeap ensures a comprehensive learning experience. To engage, individuals and corporations can sponsor interns, covering intern stipends, operational costs, and equipment.
