Nurture Physical Therapy Wellness

Nurture Physical Therapy & Wellness is a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based practice providing specialized pelvic floor and physical therapy for women during pregnancy and postpartum. Its concierge approach offers one-on-one, individualized care to help mothers understand and address symptoms, work toward lasting relief, and return to activities they enjoy. Services include pregnancy physical therapy, postpartum physical therapy, and virtual wellness support.

Care begins with a scheduled initial evaluation, where patients can ask questions and develop a clear plan with their therapist. The practice emphasizes identifying the underlying causes of pain or dysfunction rather than relying on exercises that may be ineffective or uncomfortable. Its approach includes a comprehensive, full-body functional assessment, with treatment tailored to each person’s needs and overall wellness.

Nurture also highlights supportive guidance throughout care, aiming to help patients feel informed and comfortable at every stage. The practice serves the greater Grand Rapids area from its location on Burton Street SE and invites prospective patients to call or message with questions or to request an appointment
