Their programs are carefully packaged into fun 2-hour sessions and they offer three weekly sessions to cater to various groups. Nutmeg takes pride in providing quality coaching with a high coach-to-kid ratio of 2 to 4 kids per coach. They also dedicate 30 minutes of every session to teaching kids about traits and values that will help them grow both on and off the field.

Nutmeg's programs operate on a drop-in basis and are completely free of charge. They offer specific programs for all-girls aged 6-12, young players of all genders aged 6-12, and young players of all genders aged 12-18.
