Nutricionizam.Hr

Led by Dr. Bojan Stojnić, the team helps people pursue goals such as gradual weight loss, healthy weight gain, improved everyday eating, dietary support for health concerns, and better sports performance. Its approach emphasizes practical, sustainable habits rather than restrictive diets, aiming to fit nutrition around each person’s preferences, health needs, schedule, and daily life.

Clients begin with a structured consultation covering their goals, eating habits, lifestyle, and health. The nutritionist then prepares a tailored plan, delivered through an app with menus, recipes, and an automatic shopping list. Ongoing consultations, progress monitoring, and chat support help clients address obstacles and adjust the plan as needs change. The service also offers a short questionnaire to assess eating habits, nutrition articles, and educational guidance to help people understand and apply recommendations. Programs are available for three, six, or twelve months, with different levels of support.
