Nutrify is a nutrition and personal training practice led by Mgr. Sabina Kolčavová, based in Brno, Czech Republic. Since 2016, Sabina has helped clients work toward healthier lifestyles through nutrition, exercise, positive thinking, and a balanced approach to physical and mental well-being. She graduated from Masaryk University’s Faculty of Sports Studies, where she studied sports regeneration and nutrition, as well as fitness training and applied kinesiology. She is also an accredited mental coach.
Nutrify offers body composition measurements using InBody, including assessments of muscle, fat, and water; nutrition plans, dietary interventions, and general food guidance; and tailored training focused on strengthening the body, reducing fat, or building muscle. The practice also provides exercise e-books with comprehensive training plans in three variations, alongside online training options. Its approach goes beyond calorie counting, emphasizing individual needs, confidence, self-respect, and sustainable habits. Nutrify also shares expert articles and recipes through its Fitmagazín. Sabina works with clients to support progress in both physical health and self-confidence.
