The Nutty Nutritionist is Heather’s nutrition and wellness blog, combining a registered dietitian’s perspective with a food lover’s enthusiasm. Its articles focus on practical, enjoyable approaches to healthy living rather than restricting food to its health benefits alone. Readers will find recipes, nutrition guidance, fitness content, and tips for everyday concerns such as holiday eating and exercise calorie burn.

The recipe collection includes dishes such as vegan sweet potato soup, alongside ideas for healthy desserts and foodie gifts. Posts explain ingredients and preparation, while also discussing topics such as plant-based eating and nutrition. The site’s tone is conversational and encouraging, inviting readers to try recipes and make informed choices without giving up good flavor.

Heather also shares workout-related content, including exercises to do with a baby and discussions of calorie expenditure. The blog’s posts indicate that it is no longer being updated: Heather directed readers to her newer site, Nutty Nutrition and Fitness, for continued recipes and healthy-living tips
