Neutrale Uitvaartvereniging Stadskanaal

Neutrale Uitvaartvereniging Stadskanaal (NUV) is a funeral association founded in 1907 to arrange funerals for its members. As a natura funeral association, it covers much of members’ funeral costs through the association. NUV also provides funeral services to people who are not members, with personal guidance and clear information about its packages and included provisions.

The association supports families throughout the process, from discussing their wishes and handling administrative arrangements to coordinating the ceremony and helping create a respectful farewell. Its team is available 24 hours a day to assist after a death and answer questions.

NUV’s offerings include funeral care and assistance, funeral cards, coffins, urns, memorial jewellery and funeral vehicles. The website also provides a final-wishes form and a checklist for bereaved families. NUV emphasises transparent communication, putting each family’s wishes first, and working with people who may already have an existing funeral policy. Based in Stadskanaal, the association invites families seeking further information about its services or packages to contact its administrator.
