Nuvah

Nuvah is a Malaysia-based, design-led property developer and the commercial application arm of V3D Asia. The company brings Japanese industrial 3D concrete-printing technology into property development, combining robotics, material science and architectural design to create bespoke homes and other living spaces. Its work spans property development, construction technology and materials, with an emphasis on sustainable construction, precise automation and distinctive, understated design.

Nuvah develops luxury residences and offers deployment of the V3D Gantry System, which prints concrete structures layer by layer. The company also uses lightweight and fiber-reinforced mortars made with locally sourced ingredients, alongside TEKSURFACE, a ceramic insulation coating designed to improve thermal protection and reduce energy use. Its collections include the Sanctuary Series of villa resorts and the Bespoke Series of sculptural bungalows.

The company says its continuous-printing approach supports structural continuity, while automated equipment can operate around the clock and print up to 500 millimeters of formwork height per 12-hour shift.
