Nuvicare

Nuvicare is a registered NDIS provider based in Melbourne, offering personalised disability support designed to help people live more independently and improve their quality of life. The organisation works with participants and families to understand individual needs, preferences and goals, then tailor support accordingly. Its approach emphasises respect, compassion, accountability and safe, high-quality service.

Nuvicare’s services include accessible travel and transportation, help with household tasks, accommodation support, in-home care and community participation. Home care can assist with daily activities, personal care, medication management and companionship. Through its Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, Nuvicare helps participants develop practical skills such as budgeting, meal planning and household management. The service listings also include NDIS interpreter support and assistance to access, maintain or pursue employment.

Support begins with an initial consultation and personalised plan, followed by service implementation, ongoing communication, feedback and quality review. Nuvicare aims to provide flexible, responsive support while encouraging meaningful community connections and wellbeing.
