NUYU Hair Lounge is a luxury holistic hair salon in downtown Johnson City, Tennessee, founded by hairstylist Felicia. Created as a welcoming space for relaxation, self-care, and transformation, the lounge pairs personalized styling with an emphasis on hair and scalp wellness. Its approach uses holistic-inspired haircare and low-toxin color lines, with services tailored to each client’s needs, texture, lifestyle, and desired results.

The salon offers customized haircuts and styling, including precision cuts, blowouts, and its signature Stillness Ritual with scalp massage, warm towel therapy, and a hydrating treatment. Color services range from root touch-ups, glosses, and dimensional highlights to full blonding and color correction. Clients can also add conditioning and shine treatments.

NUYU’s scalp renewal menu features three treatments, from an express reset to an extended luxury experience. These may include scalp consultation and analysis, exfoliation, steam, massage, nourishing treatments, growth-supporting serums, and red light therapy. The lounge presents its services as considered rituals that support both appearance and overall well-being.
