NW Care Group

NW Care Group provides residential care for vulnerable children and young people with complex needs in the North West of England. Its approach is child-centred, with a focus on creating warm, homelike environments where residents feel seen, heard and valued. The group aims to protect each young person’s welfare, respect their individuality and support them to heal, grow and develop confidence and skills for greater independence.

Its services include round-the-clock care, in-house support, behavioural support, access to therapy and individual assessment, including risk assessment. Staff are suitably qualified and receive ongoing professional development to ensure they are trained for their roles. NW Care Group works with local authorities and other professionals to safeguard children and meet their needs.

The group operates several residential children’s homes across Sale, Partington, Urmston and Oldham. These include smaller homes accommodating two or three residents, as well as Greenacres, a seven-bed private home offering specialist short-break services for children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
