About NYCAMH
NYCAMH, the New York Center for Agricultural Medicine and Health, is dedicated to enhancing agricultural and rural health by preventing and treating occupational injuries and illnesses. Our professional interdisciplinary staff, including epidemiologists, physicians, and educators, provide Research, Outreach, Education, and Clinical Consultation services. We offer a wide range of programs and services such as Chainsaw Safety, Farm Safety Trainings, and Occupational Health Clinics.
Our Farmers' Occupational Health Clinic provides diagnostic services and worksite assessments, while our Farm Partners program offers counseling and case management assistance. Additionally, we have HealthWorks, a fee-based program for rural businesses to ensure OSHA compliance. NYCAMH is committed to improving the health and safety of farmers and their families through education, research, and clinical services.
